 How do I edit my reseller website?

You can edit all the content in your reseller website by using your username and password at the top of your site.

Do I get billed for trial sites created by my customers?

No. You are only billed once you activate a site. We take a count of your active sites at the end of each and bill you this number times your wholesale account rate.

You will be billed for any sites that are not assigned to either "TRIAL14 or TRIAL30"


How do I manage my customers who have trail and active sites?

You are able to manage your clients through Account Manager (Control Panel -> Manage Accounts)

From Account Manager you can complete the following tasks:  

    1: Activate Site (Sites -> click the ($) next to the appropriate site -> New Subscription -> Select package "ALL" -> Add Subscription)
    2: Suspend Site (Sites -> click the (spanner) next to the appropriate site -> Suspend)
    3: Delete a Site (Sites -> check the box next to the appropriate site -> Delete icon at bottom)

Can I remove the access for a customer to change their design?

Yes. Follow the instructions below:

    1: Disable change design (Sites -> click the (spanner) next to the appropriate site -> Select Design UI -> None -> Update)

How do I get technical help if I need it?

We supply all our resellers with premium support via our billing and support website (http://www.lis.com.au/client/). Once logged in you can create a ticket and one of our technical staff will assist you as soon as possible.


How do my customers point a domain name to the system?

You customers can either point their Domain Name Servers to the details below:

NS1.WEBSITE-CREATOR.ORG
NS2.WEBSITE-CREATOR.ORG

Or they can point an A record for both the root domain and "www" sub-domain to 72.20.110.40
